Welcome to Packly, a multivendor eCommerce marketplace where multiple sellers list and sell their products. By accessing or using our website/app, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
1. Use of the Platform
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Packly.
- You agree to provide accurate account information.
- Packly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse, fraud, or violation of policies.
2. Marketplace Role
- Packly acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers.
- Sellers are responsible for listing accuracy, product quality, and fulfillment.
- Packly facilitates order management, payments, and logistics support but is not the direct seller unless specified.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
- Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery timelines: Inside Dhaka – 1 working days, Outside Dhaka – 2-3 working days.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Returns are governed by our [Return & Refund Policy].
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days (depending on payment method).
5. Intellectual Property
- All Packly content (logos, graphics, UI, etc.) is owned by Packly.
- Sellers retain rights over their product images and descriptions but grant Packly usage rights for display.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Packly is not responsible for damages caused by third-party sellers.
- Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
7. Governing Law
•These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
